The Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring is just incredible! She is made of 9 carat gold inlaid with a beautiful 6.5 x 5mm oval Sapphire gemstone, which is surrounded by sixteen round diamonds. There is one diamond on each shoulder of the ring.
Assayed in Birmingham, made in 1990.
